Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PUREDOC at puredoc.ink (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

Use of Service

PUREDOC provides AI-generated legal document drafts (specifically a Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, and Cookie Policy) based on information you provide through our questionnaire. You may use these documents for your own business or website.

You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate and complete. Inaccurate inputs will result in documents that do not accurately reflect your actual practices.

User Accounts

PUREDOC does not require you to create an account. Your documents are delivered directly to the email address you provide at checkout. Keep your email address accurate; we cannot re-deliver to a different address after payment.

Purchases and Payment

The current price for the Service is $49 USD, a one-time payment. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorise Stripe to charge the payment method you provide.

Your documents will be delivered to your email address within minutes of a successful payment. If you do not receive your documents within 30 minutes, contact us at hello@puredoc.ink.

Refund Policy

Because PUREDOC delivers a digital product immediately upon payment, all sales are generally final. However, we offer refunds in the following circumstances:

• Your documents were not delivered within 24 hours due to a technical error on our part.
• The generated documents are clearly defective or fail to reflect your questionnaire inputs.

To request a refund, email hello@puredoc.ink within 7 days of purchase. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

Intellectual Property

Upon successful payment, you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use, modify, and publish the documents generated for you. You own the output documents.

The PUREDOC website, branding, software, and underlying prompts are the property of PUREDOC and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or repurpose the PUREDOC service itself without written permission.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy PUREDOC's prompts, software, or infrastructure.
• Submit false or misleading information in the questionnaire.
• Resell or sublicence the Service to third parties without permission.
• Attempt to circumvent payment or access documents without completing a purchase.
• Use automated tools to access the Service in a manner that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The documents generated by PUREDOC are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. PUREDOC is not a law firm and is not providing legal services.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the generated documents will be legally sufficient for your specific jurisdiction, business, or circumstances. You should consult a qualified attorney to review any legal documents before relying on them.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PUREDOC and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims relating to the Service exceed the amount you paid for the Service ($49 USD).

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is expressly excluded.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Germany. If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
