How We Collect Information

• Directly from you: when you complete the questionnaire and checkout.
• From Stripe: payment confirmation and transaction identifiers after you complete checkout.
• Automatically: via server logs and cookies when you visit puredoc.ink.

How We Use Your Information

• To generate your Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, and Cookie Policy using Anthropic's Claude AI.
• To deliver your documents to you by email via Resend.
• To process your payment securely via Stripe.
• To respond to your support requests.
• To send you your documents again if you use the regenerate feature.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Legal Basis for Processing (EU / UK Users)

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, we process your personal data under the following legal bases:

• Contract performance: processing your questionnaire answers and delivering documents is necessary to fulfil our contract with you.

Data Sharing and Third Parties

We share your data only with the service providers required to operate PUREDOC:

• Stripe (stripe.com): payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs their use of your payment data.
• Anthropic (anthropic.com): your questionnaire answers are sent to Claude AI to generate your documents. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train their models by default.
• Resend (resend.com): transactional email delivery of your documents.
• Supabase (supabase.com): secure database storage of your questionnaire answers and order status.
• Vercel (vercel.com): website hosting and infrastructure.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.

Cookies and Tracking

Data Retention

We retain your questionnaire answers and email address for up to 12 months after your purchase to allow document re-delivery if needed. Payment records are retained as required by law (typically 7 years). You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
